You can delete your Gamerperks account yourself, straight away, from the website or the app.
- On the website: sign in, open Settings, Account and choose Delete account.
- In the app: open Account and choose Delete account.
What happens when you do:
- Your profile, email address, and your Steam, PlayStation and Discord links are removed at once. Signing in with the same Steam or PlayStation account later starts a brand-new member.
- Any Plus or Pro subscription is cancelled. Your Credits are forfeited.
- Shop orders and Credit records stay on file without your details, so our books balance and fraud checks keep working.
- Payment records stay with our payment provider, Stripe, as the law requires.
If you can no longer sign in, email support@gamerperks.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
